Responsibilities: • Coordinate all construction timelines and operations into an intuitive plan so the team is on schedule to meet deadlines • Inform key stakeholders of the status of the project by producing regular progress reports • Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required • Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work • Forecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budget • Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills • Minimum 1 year of work experience in construction management • Familiarity with construction project management software is highly valued • Possess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
