Responsibilities: • Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts • Acquire the appropriate licenses and permits from the corresponding authorities and ensure construction is up to code • Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects • Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus • 1+ years of experience as a construction project manager • Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus • Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
