Our property management company is looking for a Residential Construction Project Manager. This job will include bidding, managing, and completing residential construction projects of all aspects. Responsibilities: • This Project Manager's job will be to bid on projects and see them through to completion • Hold team members accountable, manage material costs, and have overall quality control of the project • Must be able to communicate well with customers and management Qualifications: • Must have experience and understanding of various skilled trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and trades associated with the interior and exterior of residential properties • An associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not mandatory • Must have own transportation Compensation: $60,000
