Job Description:

Fidelis Construction Inc. is seeking experienced construction sales professional. As a Client-Focused Sales Professional, you'll guide homeowners from first consultation through project completion, delivering a high-trust, high-quality experience.

What You’ll Do:

· Own the sales cycle from lead to signed contract and final payment

· Use your construction knowledge to explain options clearly and realistically

· Work directly with clients to create tailored project solutions

· Coordinate with our project team to ensure smooth execution

· Represent Fidelis Construction with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years of residential construction experience (remodeling or general contracting preferred)

· Portfolio of past work or referenceable project experience

· Strong interpersonal skills—comfortable advising homeowners

· Familiarity with project pricing, timelines, and scopes

· Self-starter with basic tech skills (email, PDF markup, calendar, CRM optional)

Compensation:

· Commission Only: 25% to 50% gross profit on Sales up to $1M

· Additional incentives may apply for larger projects

· Flexible schedule and high earning potential based on performance
