Job description

Residential Construction Site Superintendent needed to supervise individual construction projects from start to finish in the West Los Angeles area. Please do not apply if you do not currently live in Los Angeles.

Salary is negotiable DOE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $104,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret detailed construction documents and specifications

• Manage subcontractors, labor, and material procurement

• Communicate with clients and the company team about construction progress

• Maintain an organized digital punch list, updated weekly and submitted to GC for review

• Prepare and distribute Owner Meeting Agendas and reports

• Submit time sheets, workforce schedules, and site photos on a regular basis

• Develop and maintain a Buildertrend construction schedule, updating it weekly

• Conduct monthly onsite safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols

• Secure necessary approvals for change orders before work begins

• Upload and maintain all essential project documents and reports

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction supervision

• Strong computer experience required: Excel, Word and Microsoft Project or any other construction scheduling software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive and good working attitude

• Ability to work with tight schedules

• Ability to create highly detailed punch lists for all trades involved
