Job Overview: We are seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Residential Counselors to provide as-needed coverage in our behavioral health residential facility. This role supports residents by maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment across various shifts.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support residents in daily routines and activities

Maintain a safe and structured residential environment

Observe and document resident behavior

Communicate concerns to clinical staff

Complete required documentation and shift reports

Follow agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Experience in behavioral health, residential, or human services preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to remain calm in challenging situations

Must work at least one 8hr shift monthly

Must pass background check and meet state requirements
