    The Residential Electrical Service Field Manager is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, managing technicians, ensuring quality control, and driving performance for our residential electrical and solar service teams. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in solar/electrical systems, and hands-on experience using ServiceTitan or similar software to manage workflows and performance. Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and manage residential electrical service technicians • Oversee service and solar-related electrical work to ensure code compliance, quality, and safety • Coordinate daily schedules, dispatching, and job completion using ServiceTitan • Conduct ride-alongs, job audits, and quality inspections • Track and improve KPIs such as revenue, close rates, callbacks, and customer satisfaction • Support technician training, development, and performance management • Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams • Ensure proper documentation, job notes, photos, and invoicing in Service Software • Drive upsell opportunities and service revenue growth while maintaining ethical standards Qualifications: Required Qualifications • 3+ years of residential electrical service experience • Prior experience in solar electrical systems (required) • Field leadership or management experience (required) • Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan • Solid understanding of NEC and Florida electrical codes • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Florida Electrical Journeyman’s License or the ability to qualify is a plus • Experience scaling or improving service department performance • Background in residential service sales or revenue-driven environments Compensation: $30 - $35 hour DOE
