    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Residential Electrician with outstanding experience in the residential environment—someone who can hit the ground running, take minimal direction, and still accomplish large-scale tasks with precision. You’ll be the go-to expert for new home builds, service installations, repairs, and troubleshooting, while ensuring that other team members on site are working efficiently and to company standards.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead electrical work on new home construction projects, from rough-in to final inspection
    • Perform service installations, upgrades, and repairs with a focus on safety and quality
    • Diagnose and resolve residential electrical issues quickly and effectively
    • Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes on every job
    • Guide and support team members to maintain productivity and craftsmanship standards
    • Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and colleagues to keep projects on track

    What You Bring

    • Valid Residential Journeyman or Journeyman “A” Electrician License (state-issued)
    • 6+ years of residential electrical experience, including new builds and service work
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and deep knowledge of residential wiring and code compliance
    • Proven ability to work independently and manage large tasks with minimal oversight
    • Leadership skills to keep crews organized, efficient, and aligned with company standards
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Physical Requirements

    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
    • Performing tasks for extended periods of time over head, various environments, and physical positions

    Bonus Points For

    • Experience with smart home systems, EV charging installations, and specialty products

    • A desire to mentor apprentices and foster a positive team culture

    What We Offer

    • Competitive pay ranging from $32 - $38/hour based on a clearly defined criteria:
      • residential electrical experience
