Residential Service Electrician Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC (Serving the Raleigh, NC area) Compensation: Hourly base rate DOE $25-$35 or Commission %

We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Electrician to join a well-established and growing team based in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This position is ideal for an electrician who is comfortable running service calls independently and providing excellent customer service to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Respond to residential electrical service calls throughout the Raleigh, NC service area

Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions for homeowners

Perform repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential homes

Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations

Maintain a clean and organized service truck

Complete service documentation and invoices as required

Participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

3–5 years of residential electrical experience

Ability to run service calls independently with minimal training

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to manage time and service calls efficiently - use ServiceTitan

Compensation

Base Pay: $25–$35 per hour depending on experience

Commission Structure: Technicians earn 18–20% of revenue once weekly sales exceed $10,000, offering strong earning potential for top performers
