Part-Time Residential Executive Protection Agent Location: Northern California Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation: $37.50–$40/hour based on qualifications and experience

About the Role:We are seeking a professional and discreet Residential Executive Protection Agent to support the safety and security of a private principal and residence. Candidates must have prior executive protection driving experience and demonstrate strong defensive driving skills, sound judgment, flexibility, and heightened situational awareness. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough risk assessments for residential properties.

Implement and maintain security protocols for client residences.

Monitor and respond to security breaches or emergencies.

Provide discreet and professional protection to clients at all times.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.

Assist in planning and executing secure transportation for clients.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in executive protection.

Qualifications:

Prior executive protection, military, or law enforcement experience preferred

Valid California BSIS Guard Card required

CCW Firearm Permit

Clean driving record with EP formal driving experience/training and valid driver’s license

Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Schedule & Compliance:

Part-time hours based on operational needs

Position classified as non-exempt under California law

Overtime, meal periods, and rest breaks provided in accordance with California labor regulations
