AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with ON THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Multiple positions in their STATEN ISLAND R esidences.

_ DATE & TIME_: WEDNESDAY JUNE 4TH from 10AM-1PM

_ LOCATION_ : Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates.

** POSITIONS TO BE FILLED : All positions include full Benefit Package**

1. RESIDENTIAL MANAGER: Salary $64,500

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Required.
• Experience as a supervisor in a residential setting Preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.
• Valid NYS or Tri- state drivers license for more than one year is Required
• Must be willing to work flexible schedule including one day of each weekend.

2. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT MANAGERS : Salary $43,000 per year plus overtime when warranted and an additional $750.00 per year bonus if driving is required and upon completion and passing of AHRC NYC Defensive Driving class.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Required.
• Experience supervising staff in a residential setting preferred not required.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations, Required.
• Valid New York or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year in good standing, Required.

3. Direct Support Professional: Hire-In Pay Rate $17 per hour increase to $18 per hour after 6 months if in good standing.

Schedule: 3pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm SHIFT

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Valid NY or Tri-State drivers license for more than one year, in good standing
• Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred.
• Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST! ****
