Key Duties:
Oversee all home service operations
Lead, manage, and develop service teams to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability.
Optimize business operations using Service Titan, ensuring seamless scheduling, dispatching, job costing, and reporting.
Implement and improve organizational structures to support scalable growth.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and responsiveness.
Develop KPIs and track performance metrics to measure team effectiveness and business outcomes.
Work closely with leadership to strategize and implement business growth initiatives.
Take ownership of projects and execute initiatives with a proactive, results-driven approach.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in home services, preferably in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
Expertise with Service Titan
Strong organizational skills with experience in business structure management and team building.
Ability to work independently and drive results without constant oversight.
Experience managing multi-state operations is a plus
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
