We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
\- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications
\- Inspect existing HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs or replacements
\- Collaborate with clients to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations
\- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
\- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide timely solutions
\- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations while performing job duties
\- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance performed Experience:
\- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
\- Strong knowledge of appliance repair, air conditioning systems, and HVAC/R principles
\- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
\- Mechanical knowledge of how to boil or refrigerate liquids for temperature control
\- Experience in property maintenance or design is a plus
Requirements:
2+ years of Residential HVAC Installer experience required
EPA Certification preferred but not required
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Service Titan Experience is a plus
Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug test.
A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $15.00 \- $30.00 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
