Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician Location: Northern Twin Cities Metro Area, MN Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour + Commissions Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation Structure:

Strong base pay of $35.00 to $50.00 per hour based on experience.

Highly rewarding commission structure based on performance and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems.

Educate homeowners on the condition of their HVAC systems and confidently present repair or replacement options.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call, building trust and loyalty.

Participate actively in ongoing technical training and sales coaching to maximize your earning potential.

Maintain an organized work environment and submit accurate job documentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience is required.

Active EPA Certification is a strict requirement.

NATE Certification is highly preferred.

Experience with Boilers is a strong plus.

Active Comp cards are a plus.

Coachable attitude with a strong focus on team culture and sales growth.

Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
