Join a Company That Respects Your Skills – Residential HVAC Service Technician | San Antonio
At One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning San Antonio, we don’t just fix systems, we protect rust. Our technicians enter people’s homes, represent our brand, and shape our reputation every single day.
We are looking for a high-character residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in doing the right thing, communicates clearly, and wants to grow within a structured, values-driven company.
If you are dependable, coachable, and motivated by quality work (not shortcuts), you may be a great fit.

You get the best of both worlds: national resources with local accountability.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Communicate findings and all available options clearly and honestly to homeowners
Follow company processes designed to protect customers and technicians
Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and a professional appearance at all times
Operate company vehicles, equipment, and provided resources responsibly and safely

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:
Show up on time, prepared, and communicate proactively
Take ownership of your work and your results
Treat customers’ homes with care, respect, and professionalism
Are comfortable being held accountable to clear standards and KPIs
