Residential HVAC Service Technician

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners

Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct

Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
