Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
Inspect and service ducting, components, and company materials to keep everything in top condition.
Wire and start up complete residential systems, including testing and recording results to verify proper operation.
Identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs to restore full system performance.
Perform thorough inspections and clearly communicate any additional concerns to dispatch and customers.
Explain all services and repairs to customers in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.
Order necessary parts in advance and arrive fully prepared for each appointment.
Complete all paperwork and tablet documentation accurately and on time.
Debrief dispatch and customers after each call with detailed notes and documentation.
Leave job sites clean and organized after completion.
Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and team members.
Wear protective floor savers on footwear while working in client homes.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC service experience.
Active EPA Certification.
Strong soldering and brazing skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills, including use of laptops/tablets, internet navigation, and email (Microsoft Outlook).
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to work overtime with short notice and occasional weekend hours as needed.
