We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.

Perform system inspections and identify repair or replacement opportunities.

Complete accurate service documentation using a tablet.

Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service.

Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.

Follow safety standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of residential HVAC service experience.

EPA Certification required.

Strong troubleshooting, brazing, and soldering skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Basic computer and tablet proficiency.

Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
