    Job Summary

    We are in need of experienced, reliable, and friendly hardware installers to install door hardware, cabinet hardware, and bath accessories. Other tasks include delivery and instore maintenance and display work. The best candidates will demonstrate proficiency in hand and power tool skills, the ability to work independantly in new and existing homes, communicate well to customers and team members, have a strong sense of urgency, and will have a keen eye for accuracy and completeness in their work.

    Responsibilities:

    Install residential and light commercial hardware on job sites.

    Coordinate onsite with customers, builders, and designers.

    Organize the job site for efficient and accurate installation.

    Keep accurate daily records of work proformed.

    Maintain company vehicle, tools, and supplies.

    Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

    Always have a customer-first mentality

    Qualifications:

    Willingness to learn a vast knowledge of builders and decorative hardware products.

    Driver's License in good standing

    Experience in finish carpentry or related residiential installation work.

    Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask

    Ability to stand for an extended period of time, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, measure, and safely use hand and power tools.
