We’re looking for a motivated individual to build a long-term career as a Residential Home Inspector with Up Close Inspections. This is a performance-based opportunity — not a traditional full-time or part-time role — where income is earned per inspection and grows over time with experience and demand. No prior inspection experience is required. We provide paid training and support to help you get certified and succeed in the field. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction, trades, or real estate who is detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable with a variable schedule and income during the initial ramp-up period. If you're looking to grow into a respected professional and be part of a company that values quality, communication, and long-term development, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: • Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed • Respond to clients’ inquiries quickly to keep them informed and provide superb customer service • Make detailed notes for each home system so that the buyer and seller are both aware of every potential problem on the property • Schedule inspections with property owner to ensure full access to the property • Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made Qualifications: • Valid driver’s license and able to travel by car • Has no problem with heights or confined spaces; able to evaluate roofs, crawl spaces, and attics • Must have working knowledge of basic home systems including plumbing, HVAC units, electrical, and security alarms • Can manage a variety of projects at once and stay organized • Familiar with basic computer software and use of email technology • High school diploma or equivalent required • Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills are a must • Willing to work in all weather conditions Compensation: $70,000
