    Summary of Responsibilities

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Residential Interior Designer to join our residential construction team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong eye for design, materials, and space planning who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and clients to create functional, aesthetically pleasing residential spaces that align with project goals, budgets, and timelines.

    Essential Functions

    • Collaborate with residential clients to understand design vision and needs
    • Develop concepts, mood boards, and material selections
    • Create detailed plans and 3D visuals using CAD software.
    • Source finishes, furniture, and fixtures within budget
    • Work closely with construction teams to ensure seamless execution of design plans.
    • Conduct site visits to ensure design accuracy
    • Present proposals, schedules, and estimates
    • Stay current on design trends and materials

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 3+ years of experience in residential interior design.
    • Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience in residential construction or home remodeling.
    • Proficiency in design software including Chief Architect, Revit, AutoCAD or similar tools with willingness to learn new design software.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.

    Compensation 

    • Competitive base salary starting at $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience
    • Quarterly bonuses up to 10% of base salary
