Position Overview:

The Residential Investment Real Estate Advisor represents buyers and sellers in residential and small multifamily transactions with a focus on investment-oriented properties.

This role is suited for licensed professionals who are comfortable working in a production-based, commission-only environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in residential and investment property transactions

Identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities

Analyze properties using comparative market data and investment metrics

Guide clients through contracts, inspections, and closing processes

Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and related service providers

Develop and maintain professional client relationships

Qualifications:

Active Ohio real estate license (required)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment

Experience in sales, outreach, or client relationship management preferred

Interest in residential investment real estate
