$30–$35/hr base pay DOE — reviewed at 90 days and annually thereafter | $72,800/yr to +$120,000/yr)

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus — $1,500 after 30 days / $1,500 at your 9-month anniversary

JOB SUMMARY

A licensed journeyman plumber who serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing plumbing systems.

JOB DUTIES

Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including drain, waste, vent, water supply, and gas lines

Install, repair, and replace fixtures, water heaters (traditional and tankless), toilets, faucets, and water treatment systems

Perform camera inspections, pipe locating, hydro-jetting, and sewer line diagnostics using company-provided equipment

Present customers with transparent, flat-rate pricing and service recommendations aligned with BFP brand standards

Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service

Educate customers on plumbing maintenance and BFP service plans in a professional, non-pressuring manner

Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked take-home service vehicle — a core requirement of the BFP brand promise

Document all work orders, parts used, and job notes via ServiceTitan mobile app

Arrive on time, every time — the BFP 'Punctual Plumber' brand promise is your operating standard

Comply with all Georgia State Plumbing Code requirements and company safety protocols

WHAT YOU BRING

Active Georgia Journeyman Plumber License (required — non-negotiable)

Valid Georgia Driver's License; clean MVR required to operate company take-home vehicle

3+ years of residential plumbing service experience

Confident customer communicator — you represent the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing® brand on every call

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Comfortable learning flat-rate pricing and service agreement tools (training provided)
