    At BridgeHaus Property Managers, we are known for delivering five-star property management service as well as maintaining homes and buildings to the highest standard. We are expanding our services within BridgeHaus Landscaping Services, providing reliable, professional landscape maintenance throughout our managed portfolio across San Diego County.

    As we grow this division, we are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and understands what it takes to keep residential properties looking clean, healthy, and professionally maintained.

    What You’ll Do

    • Perform scheduled landscape maintenance at residential properties throughout San Diego County

    • Mow, edge, trim, blow, weed, prune, and maintain landscaped areas to BridgeHaus standards

    • Maintain shrubs, hedges, groundcover, lawns, and other common landscape materials

    • Identify irrigation leaks, broken sprinkler heads, damaged drip lines, and other basic irrigation problems

    • Perform minor irrigation repairs when qualified and directed

    • Complete seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, light pruning, and property cleanup

    • Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled properties efficiently and on time

    • Ability to properly maintain, clean, and store company equipment, and promptly report any damage, malfunction, or needed repairs

    • Safely operate commercial landscape equipment and tools

    • Keep company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment clean and organized

    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, property managers, vendors, and the BridgeHaus team

    • Represent the BridgeHaus brand professionally at every property

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous professional landscaping or landscape maintenance experience

    • Experience operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other landscape equipment

    • Knowledge of irrigation systems and sprinkler repairs

    • Strong attention to detail and pride in providing high-quality service

    • Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision

    • Ability to work effectively with other technicians and office/operations departments

    • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and maintain service quality

    • Good time management and ability to follow an assigned route

    • Ability to recognize landscape problems and communicate recommended repairs

    • Professional appearance and demeanor

    • English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus

    Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years of age

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

    • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required if operating a company vehicle

    • Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment

    • Ability to perform outdoor physical work in varying weather conditions

    • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and lift landscaping equipment and materials, with or without reasonable accommodation

    • Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds

    • Must follow all BridgeHaus safety procedures and applicable Cal/OSHA requirements

    Any background screening applicable to the position will be conducted only after a conditional offer of employment and in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act and other applicable law.

    Position & Pay

    • Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position

    • Starting pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, irrigation knowledge, equipment experience, and ability to work independently

    • Overtime is paid when required by California law

    • Meal periods and paid rest periods are provided in accordance with California law
