Responsibilities: • Attract, develop, and lead a team of licensed luxury residential real estate agents. • Set and track team performance goals in line with brokerage growth objectives. • Deliver high-impact training, mentorship, and business development guidance. • Represent high-net-worth clients in exclusive luxury residential transactions. • Collaborate with management to grow brand visibility and market share. • Host team meetings, client events, and community networking initiatives. Qualifications: • Active Florida Real Estate Broker or Sales Associate License (Broker preferred). • 5+ years of experience in residential real estate, with luxury market expertise. • Proven leadership or team-building experience in a real estate brokerage. • Strong local market knowledge of Naples, Port Royal, Pelican Bay, Olde Naples, and surrounding areas. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service. • Tech-savvy with a passion for growth and innovation in real estate. Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000
