We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to bridge the gap between problem diagnosis and repair efficiency. Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k) Responsibilities: • Problem Diagnosis: Possess the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions for maintenance staff. • Follow Up: Follow up on assigned work orders that are approved, estimated, or pending an estimate. • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance work orders for our team of technicians, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource Allocation • Quality Control: Evaluate work order photos or issues that are brought to their attention by a member of the team, follow up to elevate customer satisfaction, and maintain quality. • Reinforce Standards: remind maintenance techs consistently of professionalism, quality, and reliability. • Train/monitor: Monitor maintenance techs' compliance with operational standards. • Identify trends: Identify key issues or inefficiencies for personnel training. Qualifications: • Experience in residential maintenance and rehab. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, using calls, texts, and emails. • Ability to direct technicians on the most efficient way to complete a repair. • Experience in scheduling using calls and resource allocation. • Experience with computers, Excel, Google, or property management software is a plus. Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
