Residential Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $25–$35 per hour to start Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of handyman/residential maintenance experience

We are looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team and handle a variety of residential repair and maintenance projects.

The Position:

You will perform residential maintenance and repair work in residential homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and enjoys providing excellent service to customers.

Typical work may include:

General home repairs and maintenance

Drywall repair and patching

Interior and exterior painting

Trim and finish carpentry

Door and hardware repairs

Minor plumbing repairs

Minor electrical repairs

Caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing

Basic carpentry and home improvement projects

Troubleshooting and completing a variety of residential repairs

Communicating professionally with homeowners

A contractor's license is not required for this position.

What we're looking for:

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF HANDYMAN OR RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.

Can perform a variety of common home repairs

Takes pride in quality workmanship

Is dependable and punctual

Can work independently and manage jobs efficiently

Communicates professionally with customers

Has a clean driving record

Maintains a clean and professional appearance

Understands the importance of protecting customers' homes and property

Is able to pass a criminal background check

Compensation & Benefits:

$25–$35 per hour to start, depending on experience and skill level
