Maintenance Technician – Mobile Home Community (Corona, CA)

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 90-space mobile home community in Corona. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid handyman skills who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and can work independently to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented community.
Schedule:
Thursday – Monday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
On-call availability is required
Responsibilities include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical work
Irrigation system maintenance
Landscaping and groundskeeping
Completing work orders promptly
Replacing gas, electrical, and water meters (after certification)
Maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance of the community
Requirements:
Handyman experience with general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and irrigation systems
Must have a valid California driver’s license and personal automobile insurance
Must obtain Gas Certification within 90 days of employment
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in mobile home communities is a plus
Benefits:
$450/month toward health and dental benefits after 60 days
Housing may be available after 90 days
