We are seeking a motivated and energetic Residential Marketing Representative to join our growing solar energy company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar energy. This is a customer-facing position that combines door-to-door outreach, community event engagement, and marketing strategy execution to support our residential solar sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods to promote solar energy solutions.
Educate homeowners on the environmental and financial benefits of switching to solar.
Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
Represent the brand professionally at local events, fairs, and community functions.
Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items to generate interest.
Track and report daily/weekly lead generation metrics and marketing activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, product offerings, and incentive programs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for renewable energy.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Ability to walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
