We are currently hiring a skilled Residential New Construction Plumber to join our growing team in the Lake of the Ozarks area. This position focuses on the installation of plumbing systems in new residential construction projects. You’ll work closely with contractors, builders, and teammates to ensure that every system is installed efficiently, accurately, and up to code.
Install complete plumbing systems in new residential builds (water lines, DWV systems, fixtures, appliances).
Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
Coordinate with project managers, builders, and other trades to meet deadlines.
Perform pressure testing and inspections to ensure system integrity.
Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve them efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe job site and take care of tools and materials.
Communicate job status, needs, or concerns clearly with the team and leadership.
Document all work performed and materials used.
Proven experience in residential new construction plumbing.
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and ability to read blueprints.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
High attention to detail with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Effective communicator and team player.
Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work applications.
Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship or formal training preferred.
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling for long periods.
Willing to work in all weather conditions and confined spaces.
Capable of working at heights when necessary.
