Requirements

Experience: Proven Residential Painting and/or light commercial painting experience

Tools & Transportation: Must have your own painting tools and reliable vehicle

Background: Clean background required

Estimating Ability: Must be able to estimate jobs either in person or based on square footage/linear footage

Professionalism and Insurance: Strong customer service skills and pride in workmanship

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality interior and exterior Residential Painting projects

Provide accurate job estimates to customers and office staff

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

Communicate clearly with customers and the office team

Deliver projects on time and within budget
