When painting projects are complete, you'll assist our maintenance team with general repairs and property upkeep across our portfolio. Responsibilities: Painting (Primary Responsibility) • Paint interior and exterior residential properties • Prepare surfaces by patching drywall, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming • Repair minor drywall damage and match textures as needed • Match paint colors and apply quality finishes • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas • Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Property Maintenance (Secondary Responsibility) • Assist with rental property turnovers • Perform basic drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed • Install or replace fixtures, doors, hardware, and other household items • Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Qualifications: • Professional residential painting experience required • Experience with drywall repair and surface preparation • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Willingness to assist with general maintenance tasks when needed • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented • Valid driver's license with a good driving record • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work from ladders when necessary Preferred Qualifications • Experience in residential property maintenance • Experience with rental property turns or home renovations • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
