You’ll work with clients painters, and our sales team to make a plan for the entire project and then manage contractors to make sure it’s done right. Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Job Site Operations : • Ensure crews arrive on time, have the right materials, follow safety protocols and maintain job quality throughout the project. Communicate with Customers: • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners—providing updates, answering questions, and resolving any concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Estimators and Crews: • Work closely with the sales team to understand the scope of work and relay that to the painters, ensuring accurate execution of each job. Inspect Completed Work: • Perform quality control checks at key project stages and at completion to ensure the job meets LoCOl Paint’s standards and client expectations. Track Progress and Report Issues: • Monitor timelines, budgets, and any on-site challenges—keeping leadership informed and stepping in to adjust schedules or resources as needed. Qualifications: 3+ years in residential painting or construction project management • Ideally, with direct experience coordinating crews and managing customer expectations. Strong leadership and communication skills • Can motivate crews, handle tough conversations with customers, and clearly relay information between teams. Excellent organization and time management • Able to juggle multiple job sites, prioritize urgent issues, and keep things running on schedule. Proficient in digital tools • Comfortable using apps like CompanyCam, Slack, and Google Calendar for communication, scheduling, and documentation. Fluent in English; Spanish is a major plus • Bilingual communication is a huge asset on many job sites. Compensation: $60,000
