CertaPro Painters is looking for an enthusiastic Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering certainty to our clients, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do

Every day is different — and that’s the fun part.

Meet with homeowners to understand their vision and build lasting relationships

Conduct one-on-one consultations and create customized proposals

Manage projects from sale to completion — keeping them on time and on budget

Communicate regularly with customers to ensure 5-star satisfaction

Represent our brand at community events and through local marketing efforts

Attend regional and national trainings to keep sharpening your skills

Keep organized, accurate records in our CRM (we love a detail-oriented pro!)

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in sales or a related field

Construction or painting sales experience (preferred, not required)

A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability

Solid organization and problem-solving skills

A track record of accomplishments, promotions, or goal-crushing results

Positive energy and a strong work ethic — culture matters here!

💰 Compensation

$70,000 – $100,000 per year (Base salary + commissions + bonuses)
