Sunset Air is seeking a Residential Parts Coordinator to support our residential service department by coordinating repair parts, warranty research, customer communication, and repair readiness.
This role is responsible for:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. This position requires strong customer service skills, urgency, empathy, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on parts coordination.
This is not just a purchasing or administrative position. The Residential Parts Coordinator plays a key role in repair readiness, customer experience, technician efficiency, warranty recovery, and overall department profitability.
