Daily Responsibilities
Service residential accounts for common pests including ants, spiders, rodents, and seasonal insects
Conduct property inspections and identify pest activity and entry points
Apply treatments safely and according to Oregon regulations
Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain prevention strategies
Track services, notes, and routes using a mobile app
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety equipment
Look for opportunities to expand services while on-site to increase earning potential
Ideal Candidate
Friendly, dependable, and professional with customers
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
Willingness to learn technical skills and certifications
Prior pest control experience helpful, but not required
