Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including gas lines and tankless water heaters.

Perform accurate assessments, recommend solutions, and complete high-quality work to restore full system function.

Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, options, and completed repairs in simple terms.

Order necessary parts in advance and arrive fully prepared for each job.

Maintain accurate documentation and records for every service call.

Work extended hours or participate in on-call rotation (estimated 1 out of every 3 to 4 weeks initially) as needed during high-demand periods.

Uphold safety standards and professional conduct in customers' homes.

Required Qualifications

3 to 4+ years of residential plumbing service experience.

Strong knowledge of gas line work and tankless systems.

Active plumbing license or relevant certifications

Valid driver's license with clean record.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Basic computer skills (tablet/laptop use for job documentation and communication).

Willingness to work on-call rotations when applicable..
