We're seeking a skilled Plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems in tenant-occupied properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential plumbing and be able to efficiently diagnose and resolve a variety of issues. Benefits: • PTO • Paid Holidays • Healthcare • 401(k) or Roth 401(k) Match Responsibilities: • Execute the installation, repair, and ongoing maintenance of residential plumbing and piping systems. • Provide specialized drain cleaning and diagnostic services using advanced snaking and sewer camera equipment. • Accurately and efficiently diagnose complex plumbing malfunctions to determine optimal solutions. • Implement and perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure long-term system integrity. • Adhere strictly to all local building codes and safety protocols while operating professional plumbing tools and equipment. • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite throughout the service appointment. Qualifications: • Require prior professional experience as a plumbing technician. • Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing, installing, and repairing complex plumbing systems and equipment. • Accurately interpret and execute work based on plumbing blueprints and schematics. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and effectively address a wide range of plumbing issues. • Exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to attention to detail on all tasks. • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
