Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of San Diego is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber who takes pride in quality work, helping homeowners, and being rewarded for strong performance.

This is a hands-on field role for a plumber who can diagnose problems, explain solutions clearly, complete repairs the right way, and deliver a great customer experience.

We are looking for someone who wants steady calls, strong office support, a professional brand behind them, and the opportunity to earn well by doing honest, high-quality work.

What You’ll Do

Run residential plumbing service calls throughout the San Diego area

Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and explain findings in a way homeowners can understand

Provide clear repair and replacement options with upfront pricing

Help customers make confident decisions without pressure or gimmicks

Complete approved plumbing repairs and installations with quality workmanship

Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing professionally in the home and in the field

Work closely with dispatch and office staff to keep calls running smoothly

Document each job properly in ServiceTitan

Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean, professional condition

Follow company procedures for safety, pricing, communication, and job completion

Assist with more advanced plumbing calls when needed based on experience and skill level

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of residential plumbing service experience

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Ability to explain plumbing issues and options clearly to homeowners

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Customer-first attitude

Pride in clean work, clean documentation, and doing the job right

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to pass background check and drug screening
