    Job Summary

    The Residential Program Manager is an integral part of our recovery services team, responsible for overseeing and carrying out the organization’s transportation needs and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Foundation’s recovery housing program. The Residential Program Manager is responsible for creating a safe, structured, and supportive environment for program participants. This includes facilitating the program requirements, enforcing program rules, and general maintenance of Foundation for Recovery properties. Reporting to the Recovery Services Director, this role oversees resident activities, facilitates weekly house meetings, enforces community expectations, and coordinates facility maintenance and safety. The Manager provides guidance to residents on daily living tasks, recovery goals, and house responsibilities. When not managing the recovery home, this role provides the transportation needs to our Recovery Clubhouse, including coordinating transportation for off-site activities, picking up donations for our on-site thrift store and café, and transporting program participants to job interviews, medical appointments, and other services. This role requires flexible availability, including on-call overnight duties to respond to any urgent issues at the recovery residence and overnight coverage as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience operating a vehicle and providing transportation to individuals with disabilities, behavioral health disorders, seniors, and other vulnerable populations.

    General Accountabilities

    Responds to any issues or incidents that arise at the recovery residence 24/7.

    Occasionally may be required to stay overnight at the recovery home, providing oversight andsupport to participants

    Ensures the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety of the Foundation’s vehicle(s) and recoveryproperties.

    Builds positive and professional rapport with participants, members, community partners,grantors and donors.

    Coordinates with the recovery services team to plan transportation for member outings, activities,and community events.

    Complete all necessary data collection, reporting, and documentation related to the programrequirements; Maintain clear and concise documentation using the organization’s casemanagement system and data collection and reporting tools.

    Prepares and manages program grant reports with Recovery Services Director

    Complete documentation of Resident information, including activities performed or interventionsprovided as part of the service delivery process, to be documented and monitored in Residentcase files

    Admit and orient new Residents to the Member Living program

    Facilitate House Meetings, Community Meetings and/or Life Skills Groups

    Provide other Recovery Services Team members with ongoing feedback regarding Residentbehavior to assist in the determination of programming

    Provide management of the home, upkeep, schedule repairs, grocery shopping, keeping inventoryof household supplies, documenting and remediating safety issues, and monitoring the home toprotect from danger

    Enforce the house rules, including assignment of household chores to residents.

    Operates the Foundation’s shuttle vehicle to transport Clubhouse members to recovery-relatedservices, events, and off-site field trips.

    Provides daily scheduled transportation for residents of the recovery home to and from theClubhouse and other essential appointments.

    Picks up in-kind donations such as food, clothing, and supplies for the Foundation’s thrift storeand café.

    Maintains daily transportation logs, mileage tracking, and schedule coordination for pickups anddrop-offs.

    Maintains driver log; if required, lists passenger name, address and other information for eachtrip.

    Works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to support the mission of Foundation forRecovery.

    Washes and cleans the interior of the vehicle; fuels the vehicle.

    Inspects vehicle to ensure that it is in a clean and in operable condition; completes inspectionpaperwork/checklist; reports the need for service or repair; ensures that vehicles are scheduled forroutine maintenance as required.

    Understand and adhere to all state and federal confidentiality laws and regulations.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Job Qualifications

    Must hold an active Nevada Driver’s License with a clean driving record with no movingviolations in the past 3 years.

    Prior experience operating a commercial or passenger vehicle safely and efficiently.

    Experience working with individuals in recovery or vulnerable populations preferred as abehavioral health tech, certified alcohol and drug counselor, or case manager.

    High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combinationof education and experience providing transportation services for vulnerable populations, vehiclemaintenance, and road safety. Must understand laws, rules, and regulations for operating a motorvehicle in the state of Nevada.

    Must be willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screening.

    2-3 years of related experience with standard office practices and procedures, including officeetiquette, records management and use of a case management or electronic health records system,and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace products.

    CPR/First Aid certification and elder abuse training/certification within three (3) months of dateof employment

    Work Schedule This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Approximately 40 hours per week. Involves working variedhours and days. Most hours will conform to a Tuesday – Saturday 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. schedule.

    Work Environment Our employees work in a supportive and collaborative office environment. This position is based in LasVegas and includes both office-based and on-the-road responsibilities. It also requires staying overnightat the recovery home during specific shifts. Foundation for Recovery will provide the tools necessary toperform the duties of the position, including use of a company vehicle, phone, and uniform.

    Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000, commensurate with experience

    PTO/Vacation Package (10 hours per month after 90 days)
