    Residential Program Manager

    The Position: The Program Manager Will Oversee the Mens Residential Program. The Practice Philosophy is That The Patients Deserve a Respectful, Caring, and Competent Relationship With All Members of Our Staff.

    Requirements:

    • Active and Clear License in the State of Florida (LMHC/LCSW)
    • Master's Degree
    • 2 Years of Recent Supervisory Experience
    • Understanding of 12-Step Meetings and Principals
    • Will Be Overseeing 20 Employees
    • Must Be Able To Pass A Level II Background Screening
    • Requires a Broad Knowledge Base Regarding Substance Abuse and Mental Health Related Issues As Well As Demonstrated Competence in Program Development, Program and Personnel Management, Public Relations, And Data Management

    Responsibilities

    • Monday- Friday (8AM-5PM)
    • Call Will Be Required As Needed
    • Works With Program Supervisors/Coordinators in Addressing and Solving Acute and Chronic Needs
    • Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the residential program, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively.
    • Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
    • Manage the program budget and ensure financial accountability.
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and make adjustments as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    • Staff Supervision:

      • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
      • Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff.
      • Address staff performance issues and take disciplinary action when necessary.
    • Resident Care:

      • Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of residents.
      • Develop and implement individual treatment plans for residents.
      • Monitor resident progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
      • Facilitate group sessions and activities.
      • Coordinate with other professionals and agencies involved in resident care.
    • Community Relations:

      • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
      • Represent the program at community events and meetings.
      • Promote the program and its services to the community.
    • Documentation and Reporting:

      • Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care and program activities.
      • Prepare reports on program outcomes and activities.
      • Submit required reports to regulatory agencies.
