What You’ll Do • Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish. • Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight. • Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines. • Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline. • Drive production schedules and keep jobs on track every day. • Document everything cleanly in our job management tools.
