What you’ll actually do As a Residential Project Manager at Paul Davis, you’ll lead reconstruction projects for homeowners and property managers after events like fires or floods. These are real situations with real people who need clear communication, strong leadership, and follow-through. You’ll manage projects from start to finish; coordinating trades, controlling budgets, setting expectations, and spending plenty of time in the field making sure the work is done right. When a family gets back into their home, you’ll know you played a major role in that.
Day to day, you will:
Manage residential (and some light commercial) reconstruction projects
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and internal team members
Create and track budgets, schedules, and job progress
Be on site regularly to keep projects moving and problems solved
Balance quality work with timelines and cost control
Why we need you
This job isn’t just construction, it’s people. Our customers are dealing with stressful situations, and they need someone they can trust. We’re looking for someone who can lead calmly, listen well, and keep projects organized while still getting results. If you enjoy managing people, solving problems, and seeing projects through from start to finish, you’ll do well here.
