The Trinity Real Estate Group is looking for an organized, detail- oriented individual whose problem-solving abilities, strong customer service and personal accountability skills are a must. The individuals we select will be team players and have good time management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of residential units and common areas to identify and communicate maintenance needs.
Assist with pre-move-in and move-out inspections.
Perform interior and exterior property repairs and complete preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Assist with unit turns as needed.
Address tenant requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities by utilizing property management software to record notes and track job time.
Maintaining organized records of supply purchases and property maintenance expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards.
Always maintaining integrity and honesty.
Being respectful of tenants and owners’ property at all times.
Maintain an organized and reliable vehicle and tools.
Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance issues.
Same day travel.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential properties.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems, but not required.
Experience with property management software.
Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
Basic carpentry skills.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
