  • Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a high-performing Property Manager / Account Executive to manage a portfolio of residential properties while also driving leasing and client relationships. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk property manager role. You’ll be responsible for owning your portfolio—leasing, owner communication, and overall performance. You’ll work with a steady pipeline of properties and leads, supported by a strong operations team, systems, and marketing. If you’re organized, responsive, and good with people, this is a great opportunity to build a strong book of business. Responsibilities: • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants • Oversee leasing activity, including showings, applications, and lease execution • Maintain high occupancy and minimize vacancy time • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution • Communicate proactively with owners regarding property performance and issues • Handle renewals, rent increases, and lease negotiations • Ensure properties are performing financially and operationally • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Qualifications: • Active real estate license (Missouri) or the ability to obtain • Experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred • Strong communication and customer service skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple properties at once • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Compensation: $58,000 - $185,000 yearly
