The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. Responsibilities: • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes • Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property • Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objects are being met • Respond to and follow up on tenant maintenance requests Qualifications: • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Basic understanding of MS Office • High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation: $31,500 - $45,000 yearly
