Responsibilities: • Conduct property inspections, including move-ins, move-outs, mid-term, and routine evaluations • Enforce property rules and association regulations in a consistent and respectful manner • Stay informed and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local housing laws • Maintain a working knowledge of home maintenance procedures and property systems • Provide prompt, courteous, and effective responses to tenant and owner inquiries • Prepare properties for market: install lockboxes and ensure move-in readiness • Resolve resident concerns efficiently and professionally • Input and maintain accurate property data in company software • In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, coordinate and oversee both routine and emergency maintenance scheduling • Perform other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications: • Prior experience in residential property management, preferred • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively across multiple priorities • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
