Responsibilities: • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants • Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting and refunding security deposits to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction • Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing Qualifications: • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Past sales experience is preferred • B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person Compensation: $60,000
