As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team within the next thirty days.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth and effective management

Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, owners, and team members

Serve as the main point of contact for property owners/clients, providing regular updates and addressing their questions or concerns

Coordinate lease-ups, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs

Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, and prepare financial reports as needed

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repair needs

Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive living environment

Collaborate with leadership to implement sustainability-focused initiatives and community engagement efforts

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in property management

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Able to prioritize effectively and work independently while also collaborating with a team

Familiar with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, or similar)
