Responsibilities: • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process • Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals • Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant’s satisfaction • Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • High School Diploma or GED required • Past sales experience is preferred • Some weekend and evening hours required • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
